Warlords Classic Strategy App Reviews

Very interested in playing, but the fonts, colour scheme and visual elements make it impossible to read anything on the screen for iPhone. There are no options to adjust the visuals. This problem needs to be fixed because as it stands the game is basically unplayable.

Being a port of the original Warlords, its a very basic version of the true warlords experience. Its missing so many little things that were introduced in the later games such as quests, fog of war and base noticeable base upgrades. The fonts are also too small for an iPhone.

This is a great game. It has lots of maps an lots of factions to play as giving it great replayability

I used to play this classic back in the 90s, and this adaption definitely does not disappoint! Totally true to the original games while also easy to learn and play!

This is a great iPad port of a classic strategy game. Well worth the price even if you didnt play the original. A fun retro strategy game in its own right

This game was my favourite growing up. It is the best because every game is different with unlimited possible outcomes. I love this game so much that I got a computer savvy friend to build a computer out of old parts that just runs this game, it cannot go on the internet or anything, just plays warlords 2 deluxe (best version) and I use it all the time. Now that I have this app on my ipad and iphone i have warlords on the go and I love it. Worth every penny. Only thing that can make it better would be more maps, or a random map generator. Sometimes during multiplayer at the start of my turn it says that it is the (as if I have won the game) and to give my final orders and inspect my domain. No big deal except that I cant get any more heroes!!! Please fix with a patch or something. That is my only complaint. They really should have done Warlords 2 Deluxe, that is by far the BETTER VERSION. So much more to do in that version. Hero quests, diplomacy, flying & double movement items.

Im having problems with loosing my games. After a couple of turns will suddenly change get messed up. It will be my turn and as if I missed a bunch of turn and my cities and Herod have been killed.

This is well built, has a huge amount of customization and deep strategy. If you are sick of scrolling through the hundreds of casual strategy titles trying to find an experience that is more like the 90s/2000s PC/Mac strategy games then this is for you.

Game is a very good version of the early 90s pc game. Would love to see the updated ones in iOS.

Great game lots of fun. Looking forward to warlords 2,3 and 4 more maps quests and the options that came with those versions!
