Join the war to conquer Illuria in this classic war lords fantasy strategy game. Choose any combination of up to eight humans and AI players to be battled for control on the map.

The mission is simple – you should eliminate the other sides by capturing their cities. But victory is never easy - it can only be achieved by building massive armies, training and equipping mighty heroes, befriending legendary allies, and exploring the deep dark secrets hidden within Illurias ruins.

So make your choice! Will you lead the Sirian Knights, the Gray Dwarves, the Storm Giants, the Orcs of Kor, the Elves of Elvallie, the Horse Lords, the mysterious Selentine Empire or the evil Lord Bane? Whomever you choose, fortune and glory await you!

FAQ:

Q: How do I save or load the game?
A: Warlords Classic saves the current game automatically on start and end of turn, before and after the battle, on ruin search etc… So, you cannot use “save-load magic”. This is what we call “fair play”.

Q: “Hero Quests” features?
A: Since Warlords Classic is a Warlords 1 port and quests featurs was introduced in Warlords II, they are not implemented in our version. We are not yet sure if we will ever implement them. Sorry.

Q: Any other differences from the game I love for tenth of years?
A: Yes, only a few. We have replaced libraries with tombs; you will always find money in tombs, and your hero will never die searching tombs.

Great game. I played this years ago and its good to see it done right here. Spending lots of time with this game

Everything you loved about the original plus extras and changes youve longed for. Plays well. Simply Excellent!

It is fun to play the same game I had years ago on my old Mac. I enjoy this version much more than the later version which came out.

Excellent turn based game that is a perfect recreation of the original.

Great port! Its hard to imagine that my favorite game as a kid is in my hands on my phone.

I remember playing warlords with my dad when I was a kid. This was so much fun to play again! Love it!

Some bad moments

Until they cranked the AI to basically cheat levels in favour of the game so that players would spend $$$ on extra leaders. Thats pretty scummy.

The only reason I give this game a one star rating is that it constantly nags you to give it a rating. Otherwise, great game--though it could do with some new maps.

Great game, blast from the past, etc... Its a very entertaining game, but I keep finding annoying little glitches that are ruining it. Most recent one is the game will tell me "congratulations youre victorious. Game over" while my friends and I are still in the middle of a game. It allows me to keep playing for a while and then the game just stops and disappears.

Very interested in playing, but the fonts, colour scheme and visual elements make it impossible to read anything on the screen for iPhone. There are no options to adjust the visuals. This problem needs to be fixed because as it stands the game is basically unplayable.

Being a port of the original Warlords, its a very basic version of the true warlords experience. Its missing so many little things that were introduced in the later games such as quests, fog of war and base noticeable base upgrades. The fonts are also too small for an iPhone.

Please get rid of the option to purchase heroes etc. not in the true fashion of the game!
